Internal Agency MRI-XR Tech - Day​/Evening Shift

Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures across multiple locations within the healthcare system.

Responsibilities: Operate MRI scanners safely and effectively, ensuring patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures, and administering contrast media when needed. Maintain safety protocols, document patient information accurately, and evaluate images for diagnostic quality. Support training of radiology students through demonstrations and guidance. Respond flexibly to system-wide coverage needs, demonstrating versatility across MRI departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program, with ARRT-MR certification;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of MRI technologist experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer systems, with excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-MR certifications required.

Key Duties: Conduct MRI exams adhering to safety standards, ensure image quality, assist in training, and respond flexibly to departmental needs across multiple locations.
