Radiologic Technologist
Assist physician via X-ray (C-arm) in the performance of interventional pain procedures.
Located at MERCY HOSPITAL
SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI
(Weekdays: M-Th)
Minimum Qualifications (Radiologic Technologist):Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
Experience:

Licensure:
State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
Certification/Registration:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry or registry eligible. Achieved ARRT registry within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating radiographic imaging equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
Minimum Requirements (Advanced Radiologic Technologist):- Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. High school graduate or equivalent. - Licensure:
State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. If practicing in Arkansas, a Radiologic Technologist License is required. - Experience:
1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program - Certifications:
Current ARRT Registry in Compliance with Continuing Education or is registry eligible with a temporary license. Maintain CPR certification. - Other:
Requires minor nursing skills.
