You will perform psychosocial assessments, educate families, coordinate with community agencies, and support discharge planning while facilitating daily therapy groups.
Qualified candidates hold unrestricted social work licensure (SW) with LMSW/MSW/LPC preferred; CSW or PLPC considered with stipulations.
