CertifiedMedication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as directed by the nursing staff and follow established protocols
- Monitor and report any adverse reactions to medications
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Conduct daily vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident medications and treatments
- Utilize electronic medical records and medication management systems
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience
- Active & good standing Certified Medication Technician (CMT) licensure in Missouri.
- Preferred experience working in a long-term care/skilled nursing or related nursing setting
