We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeping Aide to join our team. The Housekeeping Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This position is essential to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control throughout the facility.

Housekeeping Aide

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
  • Follow infection control guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collect, handle, and dispose of trash and linens in accordance with facility policies.
  • Restock supplies and report any equipment, supply, or maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
  • Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Housekeeping Aide

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred, especially in healthcare or long-term care settings.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and staff.
