We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeping Aide to join our team. The Housekeeping Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This position is essential to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control throughout the facility.
Housekeeping AideKey Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
- Follow infection control guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Collect, handle, and dispose of trash and linens in accordance with facility policies.
- Restock supplies and report any equipment, supply, or maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
- Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred, especially in healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Friendly, professional, and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and staff.
