The Psychologist position in Burrell’s Autism Department offers an exciting opportunity to provide a variety of services, depending on scope of training and clinical competence. Treatment modalities may include providing comprehensive Autism Evaluations with a multi-disciplinary diagnostic team and/or individual, group, and family counseling services. As a licensed Psychologist, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved and that adequate information is provided within specified time frames.

The Psychologist position offers:

Competitive Salary - A salary range of $93,273-$98,273 per year, plus up to $12,000 in annual incentives.

Sign-On Bonus - A $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Retention Bonus - A $5,000 retention bonus after one year of employment.

Clinical Supervision Compensation - $7,800 per year for clinical/licensure supervision per PLP or $2,600 per year for intern supervised.

Relocation Allowance: A relocation allowance for the right candidate (amount negotiable based on distance and circumstances).Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel

Work-Life Balance:
No on-call duties, Monday to Friday schedule with potential for flexible hours.

Paid Time Off: 29 days per year, including vacation and holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a multidisciplinary team conducting comprehensive Autism Evaluations. May also provide individual, group, family, and/or other practical counseling in a variety of settings to meet the needs of the client/patient and their treatment goals.

Complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessment processes within appropriate time frames as designated by state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards.

Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments and/or psychological evaluation results.
