Background

Postgraduate in Public Health, Social Science, Development Studies with 3-5 years experience in public health, health policy or related field;
Experience working on CSR projects is preferred.

Fluency in Marathi and English with excellent communication skills.

Job Profile
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring efficient operation and successful implementation.
  • Facilitate alignment with NCD clinics, Ayushman Arogya Mandirs/primary-care platforms and referral facilities for continuity of care.
  • Coordinate training venues, schedules and mobilisation of PMOAs, ANMs, CHWs and project staff and maintain training attendance, pre/post-assessment records.
  • Coordinate ASHA/ANM/CHW-supported home visits and invitations for eligible beneficiaries.
  • Facilitate patient navigation, counselling and follow-up for referred cases, prioritising VTDR/DME/high-risk cases.
  • Manage agreed administrative logistics, local coordination, beneficiary flow and operational oversight.
  • Ensure counselling, informed consent, privacy during screening and clear instructions after screening.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance and outcomes, providing regular reports to project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and share monthly updates to the management and donor.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient data, service utilization, and project expenditures and ensure digitization of data.
  • Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that may arise during the project implementation.
  • Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mobile healthcare delivery and incorporate them into project strategies and activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
