Life Enrichment Assistant – Springfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center

Join our family-oriented TEAM at Springfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Springfield, MO as a Life Enrichment Assistant! We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative individual who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about enhancing their quality of life.

• Plan and lead meaningful daily activities for Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehab patients (some weekends/evenings/holidays required)
• Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure all State, Federal, and facility guidelines are met
• Collaborate with staff to build morale and bring the fun to our residents

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Team player with basic typing and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher (for calendars, newsletters, and marketing materials)
