Join our team as a Caregiver in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. We have FT hours available.

Willing to work multiple 2- and 3-hour shifts. Willing to build a schedule with multiple clients. Work the mandatory weekend requirement of one weekend a month. Reliable caregivers who want consistent full-time hours.

Be rewarded with a competitive pay starting at $16 per hour with $1000 Sign on Bonus. This position aids in maintaining the care of our geriatric population. Working at Phoenix Home Care allows our caregivers to work with a smaller number of clients, where you control your own schedule and travel time. Our caregivers are the heart of Phoenix! This position will give you the opportunity to make one on one connections with our clients and provide them with exceptional care!

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
• Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
• Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including:
• Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)
• Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
• Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Running errands

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
