We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic professional who is committed to helping others, values teamwork, and possesses strong clinical judgment and communication skills. As a Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You will conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate clinical interventions, support crisis response efforts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional, regulatory, and agency standards.

• Provide individual, family, group, and specialty counseling services to support clients in achieving their treatment goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices for mental health and substance use treatment
• Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency services when necessary to ensure client safety and wellbeing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and actively participate in clinical staffing and treatment planning meetings
• Guide clients through transitions of care and complete required discharge and transition documentation
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and agency standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to support authorization processes and continuity of services
• Provide clinical consultation, mentorship, and guidance to team members and individuals in training when applicable
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, referral sources, community partners, and coworkers
• Represent the organization professionally within the community and support organizational goals and initiatives
• Complete required trainings and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
