The Arc of the Ozarks is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Behavioral Services team in Springfield, Missouri.

You will use your clinical expertise to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs while collaborating with families, caregivers, RBTs, ABA Specialists, practicum students, and other professionals.
What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and use data to guide treatment recommendations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
- Provide ABA therapy and behavioral consultation across a variety of ages and support needs
- Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based adjustments to treatment
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABA Specialists, practicum students, and other team members as appropriate
- Train caregivers and staff to implement behavioral strategies consistently
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead staff education and training related to behavior support and ABA principles
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support high-quality, person-centered services
Schedule and Work Flexibility
Most client sessions are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
.
When you are not providing sessions or attending meetings that require you to be onsite, you will have flexibility to complete appropriate work remotely.
This position offers the opportunity to balance direct clinical work, collaboration, supervision, and administrative responsibilities within a primarily weekday schedule.
What You'll Need
Required:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in good standing
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric diagnoses
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Pay and Sign-On Bonus
The starting salary range for this position is $66,240-$73,134 per year
, based on relevant experience.
Eligible full-time candidates who are new to The Arc of the Ozarks may also qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus
