• Verify insurance and benefit eligibility for patients going on home health services
• Manage workflow of incoming referral paperwork
• Establish good lines of communication with the Intake team and Operations
• Manage calendar to avoid interruptions in Home Health services
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong computer profieciency
• Experience with Submitting Insurance Authorizations strongly preferred
• Data Entry Experience
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have past customer service experience
• Previous experience working in an office/professional setting
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
• Previous experience working with Home Health authorization or billing is preferred but not required
