Job Summary
The Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) tends to the physical and emotional needs of assigned clients and fosters a supportive group living environment. Schedule:
Full-Time Shift Options:
- Monday-Friday Standard: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday-Wednesday Rotation:
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Wednesday-Saturday Rotation:
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Thursday & Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
PRN
Schedule:
- Flexible schedules based on your availability and the needs of the campus.
- Minimum requirement:
One (1) shift every 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Providing meals and snacks
- Assisting with personal care
- Monitoring medication
- Intervening in crisis situations
- Creating a positive and supportive environment
- Managing conflict
- Enforcing house rules
- Attending treatment team meetings
- Providing input on treatment plans
- Implementing treatment plans
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Class E driver's license with good driving record
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent time management
- Oral and written communication skills
- Word, Excel, and e-mail applications proficiency
Must be 21 years old to apply
