Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our award-winning respiratory care team. This full-time night shift opportunity is ideal for both experienced respiratory therapists and recent graduates looking to grow their careers in an acute care hospital setting.

Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities- As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care services for patients across a variety of clinical settings.
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary and respiratory disorders
- Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications according to physician orders
- Manage oxygen therapy and airway support interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and equipment usage
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to safety and regulatory standards
- Support emergency respiratory care and critical patient interventions when needed
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Previous acute care, hospital, ICU, emergency department, or critical care experience
