Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care

Travel Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, specializing in Long Term Care and Rehabilitation.

• Assess, develop, and modify treatment plans; administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care; evaluate patient progress; document outcomes; provide patient, family, and caregiver education; communicate with healthcare team; supervise assistants and students; participate in meetings and trainings; ensure compliance with professional standards.

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience, LTC or Rehab setting experience, MO license (if applicable), and at least one professional reference. New graduates with Level II clinical experience considered. Compact license accepted.

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop evidence-based care plans, deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and ensure proper documentation. Provide consultation and discharge summaries, and adhere to ethical and professional standards.

40-hour week, day shifts, no weekends or on-call required, up to 5 days of requested time off.

Compensation includes a tax-free stipend.
