Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) in Missouri. The role follows a Monday–Friday 3pm–11:30pm schedule and supports people in moments of need, under the supervision of the Triage Clinician Lead.
You’ll engage in safety, daily living support, medication administration (L1MA training), and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to help residents feel safe and valued.
