The School Based Therapist 2 provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic services to students experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. This position delivers individual, family, and group therapy services while collaborating with school personnel, families, and treatment team members to support successful outcomes. The therapist utilizes evidence-based practices, crisis intervention skills, and professional judgment to help students achieve their treatment goals and improve overall well-being.

* Key Responsibilities:

* · Provide individual, family, group, and therapeutic counseling services to students based on treatment goals and clinical needs
· Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions
· Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans that reflect client progress and evolving needs
· Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation, family sessions, and specialty therapeutic services, including trauma-informed and co-occurring treatment
· Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency interventions as needed to support client safety and stabilization
· Collaborate with school personnel, families, referral sources, and treatment team members to ensure coordinated care
· Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical staffing, and case consultations to support positive client outcomes
