Responsibilities
- Strip, clean, sanitize, and restock guest rooms and bathrooms
- Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms in a timely manner
- Be accountable for the guests' belongings left in the rooms. Any found items must be turned in immediately to your supervisor or manager on duty
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and wear clean uniform
- Keep housekeeping supply cart clean, organized and stocked
- Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences
- Actively engage guests while being pleasant
- Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and local area entertainment / dining
- Prompt reporting of maintenance issues
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of responsibility
Typical shifts 9am 3pm
Weekends required
