Breakfast Attendant

Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable Breakfast Attendant for a hospitality client in the Springfield area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, working independently, and helping create a positive guest experience. Attendance, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Prior customer service, food service, hospitality, or janitorial experience preferred
• Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will help ensure hotel guests enjoy a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming breakfast experience each morning.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, or heating breakfast items according to established procedures
• Brewing coffee and replenishing beverages throughout breakfast service
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet area
• Monitoring food levels and keeping stations fully stocked
• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering guest questions and responding to requests promptly
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining and serving areas during service
• Clearing tables, washing serving equipment, and sanitizing food preparation areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and completing daily cleaning duties
• Tracking inventory, rotating stock, and properly labeling and storing food items
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• $15.00 per hour
• Consistent full-time schedule
