About the Position

We are hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers at Drury Hotels located at 2715 N. Glenstone, Springfield, Missouri 65803.

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining room cleanliness to Drury standards.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs and assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding promptly to requests, questions, or complaints.
• Participate in cleaning public areas, laundry, and other tasks as required.
• Work independently with minimal direct supervision while following verbal and written instructions.

• High school education or equivalent (completion of two years of secondary school).
• No prior housekeeping experience required, but knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies is advantageous.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift 25–35 lbs intermittently, and perform light physical tasks.
• Positive attitude, strong customer‑service orientation, and ability to work in a team.

• Starting hourly pay: $16.36/hr.
• Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results.

Work weekdays and weekends;
