Location:

Double Tree by Hilton - Springfield, MO

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Replace linens, replenish supplies, and rearrange furniture
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines when using chemicals
• Provide excellent guest service and uphold company standards

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year in a Housekeeping role preferred

Hours:

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Heavy Work:
  Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally
• Physical activity including climbing, standing, walking, etc.
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of work
