Location:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor banquet team members, including recruitment, coaching, evaluations, and discipline.
• Determine future business needs and organize banquet workload accordingly.
• Direct banquet setup and communicate work expectations to the team.
• Meet with clients to finalize last-minute details and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise post-event cleanup and equipment inventory.
• Participate in service and assist with room setup as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Support team recognition and engagement programs.
• Embrace company culture and values.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and motivate a diverse team.

Hours:

• Variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 1 year of hospitality or banquet experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and other physical activities.

Environmental Conditions:

• Primarily indoor work with potential exposure to temperature changes.
