425 Downtown Events & Catering is seeking Catering Staff to help set up and tear down events, assist with guest services, and support food and beverage service across our venues in Springfield. You’ll work with a dynamic team to ensure every detail is perfect, from initial setup to final wrap-up.
No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in fast-paced environments.
