Talent Acquisition Partner

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and entry-level roles in a high-volume environment
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Execute campus recruiting initiatives and support hiring efforts within manufacturing environments
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting metrics within an ATS

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments (corporate or agency)
• Proven ability to manage high requisition volume with strong attention to detail
• Professional presence and communication skills, with the ability to partner across all levels of an organization
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with ATS platforms and standard office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
