* Coordinate and support Base Camp orientation programming, including scheduling, communications, materials, logistics, participant support, and day-of execution.
* Analyze onboarding feedback, new hire NPS, early retention, participation, completion, and experience data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
* Recommend and coordinate improvements to enterprise onboarding processes, communications, resources, technology, and experience design based on data and stakeholder input.
* Partner with Learning & Development to ensure onboarding content connects appropriately to required learning, job readiness, systems, compliance, leadership expectations, and role-based capability building.
* Prepare onboarding effectiveness reports, status updates, meeting materials, and action trackers for HR and business leadership review.
* Support onboarding alignment to retention, engagement, culture activation, and the broader outfitter lifecycle while escalating department-specific gaps to the appropriate HR or business owner.

* Ability to build relationships and work effectively with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR partners, hiring managers, department leaders, and Support Center teams.
* Experience using survey feedback, reporting, spreadsheets, or people data to identify trends and recommend practical improvements.
* Ability to document process standards, maintain toolkits, manage action trackers, and communicate cross-functional updates clearly.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, onboarding platforms, LMS tools, survey tools, or workflow systems preferred.
