Construction Recruiter

A growing organization in the construction and engineering sector is seeking a Technical Construction Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across multiple divisions. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality talent for specialized technical positions. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, proactively sourcing candidates, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to support business growth.

• Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing passive candidates, conducting outreach, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the offer stage
• Proactively source candidates through networking, cold outreach, and recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings
• Create and manage job postings while supporting marketing efforts to attract candidates
• Maintain candidate relationships and track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruiting support for specialized technical positions
• Assist in developing recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill roles
• Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed

• 5–10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within construction, engineering, architecture, or other technical industries
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or similar ATS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple searches while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership
