Seeking an experienced Compensation Benefits Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and HR systems strategy for a leading industrial organization based in Missouri
. This is a high-impact role focused on designing and delivering competitive, compliant, and data-driven total rewards programs aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
- Develop and execute the company’s total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and enterprise-wide philosophy
- Oversee all benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, leave administration, and annual open enrollment
- Manage compensation frameworks, including salary structures, job architecture, and annual merit and incentive cycles
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and all applicable federal and state regulations
- Analyze market data, internal metrics, and program performance to maintain competitive positioning and drive improvements
- Lead employee communication and education initiatives related to compensation and benefits offerings
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams on budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning
- Support M&A activity through due diligence and integration of total rewards programs
- Continuously enhance HR systems, reporting capabilities, and KPI tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and business acumen
- Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or multi-site environments
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to influence senior stakeholders
