Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work directly with leaders across multiple markets to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and drive hiring results. This isn't a back-office recruiting role—you'll be a trusted partner who influences hiring decisions and helps shape the future of our organization.

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Present top candidates and provide hiring recommendations
• Manage multiple openings across a variety of business functions and markets
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the hiring process moving

• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience
• Naturally proactive and comfortable reaching out to candidates
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Experience with Indeed, ATS platforms, or sourcing tools preferred
