• Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis
• Build and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture
• Support merit, bonus, and incentive compensation programs
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on compensation recommendations
• Develop reporting and analytics while helping implement a new Compensation module
• The role offers the ideal blend of analytical work and hands-on compensation administration

• 2+ years of dedicated compensation experience
• Strong market pricing and salary survey experience
• Experience with compensation structures and pay grades
• Advanced Excel skills
• Collaborative, analytical, and relationship-focused
• Hybrid work environment (travel to St. Louis office 1x per quarter)
