HR Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the HR Generalist in daily HR functions
• Collaborate with department leaders and management
• Recommend operational adjustments and process improvements
• Lead Michigan recruitment efforts by developing and executing recruiting strategies
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies
• Conduct training sessions and workshops

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred
• Experience in recruiting for professional and/or legal roles is a plus
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and negotiation communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation
• Highly organized working style with an ability to manage time and strong attention to detail
• Technical proficiency with computers, standard business, and HR software (to include working knowledge of Google Suite products and ADP)

Demonstrates expertise in HR management, including recruitment strategies, policy application, and training facilitation, while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills.
