Your Role:

As a Healthcare Staffing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission: sourcing and connecting top-tier clinicians with healthcare organizations in need. You’ll play a pivotal role in candidate outreach, relationship building, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage healthcare professionals using cold calling, social media, job boards, and internal databases
• Screen and qualify candidates for client needs, evaluating skills, experience, and fit
• Present and recommend candidates to clients with confidence and clarity
• Build and manage a strong, active talent pipeline
• Negotiate compensation packages, travel logistics, and placement details
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive success and overcome challenges
• Contribute to market intelligence to support business development efforts
• Follow up on marketing leads and supporting outreach initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Background in sales, recruiting, or hospitality is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills, especially via phone and email
• Confident and relationship-oriented
