BeLeaf Medical is building the recruitment function a company that continues to set the high bar of what it means to lead in one of the country’s top cannabis markets. As BeLeaf’s first-ever dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, launch three all-new sourcing channels, and bring real measurement to how the company finds and hires people.

This is a corporate-office role based at BeLeaf Medical’s headquarters in St. Charles, MO, working directly with the Director of Human Resources to build the recruiting function from the ground up across every brand and location.

• Competitive pay : $55,000–$65,000 base plus a 7.5% target bonus, earned against clear, documented criteria.

BeLeaf Medical LLC is a vertically integrated Missouri cannabis company operating cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail under the Swade Dispensaries and Sinse Cannabis brands, with roughly 430 employees across the St. Louis, St. Charles, Kansas City, Warrensburg, and Rolla markets. About 90% of that workforce is hourly, which is exactly why/how BeLeaf finds and hires people matters so much.

You’ll report to the Director of Human Resources and own the entire hiring funnel — from first contact through the end of a new hire’s first day — while building the measurement and channel infrastructure that lets the company see what’s actually working.

• Own recruitment for every role across retail, cultivation, manufacturing, and corporate, from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, candidate calibration, and realistic expectation setting.
• Build and maintain active pipelines for the company’s highest-volume and highest-turnover roles ahead of need, and support executive searches with panel coordination and interview guides.

• Own the application and resume screen against a structured minimum‑qualification checklist.
• Coordinate panel interview scheduling across a rotating cross‑functional interview panel.
• Prepare and extend offers within approved bands, and manage stage‑appropriate candidate communication.
• Administer the applicant tracking system end to end: configuration, scorecards, interview guides, and reporting.
