The Core Special Projects team has an opening for a Technical Business Analyst. In this role, you will partner with developers and Financial Institutions to provide custom enhancements to our software. You will work with the financial institution to gather information as to what they are seeking from the custom programming, document the information, and work with the assigned developer to ensure that the enhancement is fully understood, and then complete QA testing once the code is developed.

This position is a hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in any of the following office locations:
Monett, MO.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

• Interacting with new JH clients to gather requirements on custom enhancements. Including defining the system and functional requirements of the product, and preparing the business requirements and functional specifications.
• Working with development teams to convey the business requirements, and provide QA testing once the enhancement has been coded.
• Creating business requirements and system documentation.
• Serve as a resource and point of contact in the custom process.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience providing technical support or technical analysis of software.
• Must be able to speak with financial institutions and gather requirements and relay them to developers in a technical manner.

• Experience working with screen design and layout of the Xperience product.
• Technical Documentation experience.
