Network Systems Analyst

Please note that this position is a 12-month contract.

This role involves preparing, replacing, and repairing switches and routers, primarily Cisco gear, with a preference for candidates familiar with Extreme Networks.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to configuring and troubleshooting network hardware, ensuring reliable connectivity and support for cloud, security, and enterprise infrastructure.

• Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, preferably CCNA certified
• Experience with network hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Extreme Networks or similar network equipment is a plus
• Strong analytical, operational, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and procedures
• Follow IT Service Management best practices for ticketing, change management, and customer communication
• Participate in after-hours maintenance activities as needed
