Summary

Description

Responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight of the firm’s CRM system and database. Manages the back‑end administration, builds reports and maintains quality of data within the systems. Provides technical support for the CRM system, Experience solution and eMarketing tools.

Essential Functions

  • Serves as the CRM Administrator, including software settings configuration, maintaining users and formatting advanced searches and reports
  • Serves as point person for the team for troubleshooting issues and developing solutions in the CRM
  • Conducts extensive and ongoing maintenance of firm data, including improving data quality, creating customized lists of clients and other contacts and making updates to contacts
  • Develops distribution lists for email campaigns including invitations, advisories, announcements, internal communications
  • Creates, formats and sends all e‑communications on behalf of the firm, including marketing campaigns, news alerts, invitations, surveys and more
  • Tracks performance and metrics related to email marketing campaigns and reports to key stakeholders
  • Works with Business Development to track opportunities within the CRM; proactively reviews new client/matter reports to determine status of opportunities
  • Works with attorneys individually to update their individual contacts in the system and tag contacts to segmented firm lists
  • Provides technical training for team members on the firm’s CRM system
Job Qualifications
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Required Licenses and/or Certifications
    : N/A
  • Required Experience
    : 3+ years of experience in a similar role; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HTML; working technical knowledge of data management and database concepts
  • Preferred Experience
    :
    Professional services background preferred; experience with CRM systems:
    Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
  • Identifies self‑training needs and opportunities; positively accepts changes
  • Shares information by using data and information to support an argument or point of view; keeps team informed about progress and problems; avoids surprises; understands the appropriate level of confidentiality required
Work Model

This role follows a hybrid work arrangement and requires a regular onsite presence of at least four (4) days per week in the Firm’s St. Louis office.
