- Technical Support:
- Provide first-level IT support to internal staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other office technologies.
- System Maintenance:
- Assist in organizing and documenting IT resources, ensuring easy access to information for the team.
- User Training:
- Help employees with basic software applications and troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Network and Security:
- Assist with following security protocols, including password resets and managing system access requests.
- Project Assistance:
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects like system upgrades, migrations, and the deployment of new technologies.
- Stay informed on emerging IT trends and tools that could benefit our operations.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all additional duties as assigned, providing assistance to other departments with IT-related needs when required.

- High school diploma or equivalent (pursuing a degree in IT or a related field is a plus).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals, with experience troubleshooting IT issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn new systems and processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
- Work Setting: On-site, primarily in an office environment, with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.
- Desk Work: Regularly works at a desk or computer station.
- Mobility: Occasional standing and walking to troubleshoot or assist with IT issues on the shop floor and multiple buildings.
- Lifting: Occasionally required to lift IT equipment and move desk for installation or troubleshooting.
