Compensation

Salary: $115,786 - $156,652 per year.

• Must possess a minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but an equivalent combination of years of experience and education is acceptable.
• Experience supporting telephony, video, network, and/or other collaboration devices is necessary.
• Experience providing customer service and end‑user support.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Minimum of four years' experience with AV technologies is desired.
• Additional experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, Web Ex, Cisco CMS, and Cisco Jabber is preferred.

• Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as an AV Systems Engineer, tailoring cutting‑edge solutions to meet clients' unique requirements.
• Oversee the use, operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment, and provide customer support for all audio‑visual equipment.
• Conduct conference room checks to ensure all equipment is online, functioning, and charged.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for all conference room meeting needs, including video, audio, Web Ex connectivity, and laptop connections.
• Support customers during meetings with video teleconferencing and troubleshooting AV issues, while logging all transactions in Service Now.

Springfield, MO. The role involves a 40‑hour work week with no travel required and will be performed onsite in Springfield, MO.
