Starting Compensation: 28.00 - 35.00 USD Per Hour

ResponsibilitiesThe EMR Software Analyst serves as a critical technical consultant and a Tier 2 escalation point for the organization’s EMR system.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing comprehensive issue tracking
- Managing finance and program configurations
- Coordinating essential system upgrades
- Testing new developments and bug fixes
- Reviewing software release notes to ensure system stability
- Handling foundational setup and security of the system
- Staff profile management, form design, and billing configurations
- Implementing strict security protocols
As a leader within the EMR team, you will coordinate operational meetings, manage program-specific tasks, and spearhead training initiatives for both new hires and existing team members. This role requires flexibility to support system updates and urgent technical needs outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required.
What You Bring To SBHG (Qualifications)- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Substitution: Three (3) years of EMR System Administrator experience in a technical support and development capacity may substitute for the degree.
- Core
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years as a System Administrator for EMR software systems. - Technical Support: Proven end-user support experience with problem-solving in complex technical issues.
- System Development: Experience developing complex forms and maintaining/updating system configurations within an EMR or similar platform.
- Advanced Skills (Preferred): Experience with Software Quality Assurance (QA) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable.
- Specialized Certification:
Completion of the my Evolv System Administrator Certification is required within one year of hire. - Alternative:
Three (3) years of direct experience as a System Administrator for the my Evolv EMR application will also satisfy this requirement.
The EMR Software Analyst serves as a critical technical consultant and a Tier 2 escalation point for the EMR system. You will oversee issue tracking, manage configurations, coordinate system upgrades, and test new developments and bug fixes. You will review release notes to ensure stability and handle staff profile management, form design, billing configurations, and security implementations.
