Role Overview
We are hiring a senior configuration analyst in an intermediate ambulatory consulting position. The role requires the ability to operate independently with occasional assistance, delivering quality configuration work that complies with Oracle methodologies and practices. Responsibilities include completing configurations for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.

Responsibilities- Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
- Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
- Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
- Complete complex system configurations independently
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
- Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
- Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
- Drive tools development and troubleshooting
- Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
- 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge of Oracle Health Ambulatory products
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to client contract requirements
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
US:
Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 - $60.63 per hour; from $53,000 - $126,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
