Analyst IT

• Provide standard and local hardware support for workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, servers, VMware, terminal servers and networking.
• Provide standard and local software support for VMware, Windows OS, MS Office, Lotus Notes and McAfee.
• Maintain site dashboards for computers, printers, servers, networking equipment, IT tickets and vulnerabilities.
• Manage active directory for file shares and SQL database backup, migration and recovery.
• Respond to after‑hours support calls to maximize site resource uptime.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and at least 5 years of IT experience in manufacturing, private, public, government or military environments.
• High school diploma/GED and at least 8 years of IT experience in comparable environments.

Additional qualifications that could help:

• Experience integrating process control equipment in a lab or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HP servers, Cisco switches, firewalls hardware and software.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and teamwork skills.
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
• Experience with Cisco networking and security protocols.

Nevada, MO (on‑site, 5 days per week)

May include up to 15% domestic/international travel.
