Hybrid On-Site position (2-3 days/week on-site)

W2 Contract to Hire

Rate: $65-70/hr. with benefits

Senior Project Manager (with AI tools and adoption) Description

Coordinating with business and IT on delivery

Utilization of AI tools (they are using Claude) for Project Management

Help to drive AI Adoption

Working with Development Teams and SDLC

Experience using AI tools to optimize Project Management tasks

Work with both Agile and Waterfall experience

They are building a PMO

Looking for strong experience working with AI for Project Management and AI adoption

Establishing standards--units have different ways of working

Organization change management--need to be flexible to shift when necessary

Need to be a leader in their space--execution in task but what are the next things the team needs to be focused on and looking forward. Team needs to have the foresight in to what the next challenge will be

Think independently--continuous improvement

The teams are still in transition from waterfall to agile--not looking for agilest. Wants more agile mindset, getting team feedback, strong agile practices on team engagement (retrospective and continuous learner)

Nice to have: backlog refinement experience

BA for each division already in place

Most teams have shifted to ADO for project tracking---tools are less important to her
