As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, optimizing processes, and driving data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys translating business needs into actionable insights that create real impact.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and lead enterprise-level initiatives that support organizational success. • Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement solutions that enhance business operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, performance metrics, and market trends
• Independently gather, analyze, and document highly complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements for complex projects while ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives
• Design Epics, Features, and User Stories in a backlog to ensure clear and actionable requirements for development teams
• Manage business analysis efforts across projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
• Serve as a key liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to facilitate collaboration
• Develop and present business cases, impact assessments, and solution roadmaps to leadership
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to align project objectives
• Ensure change management strategies are in place to support adoption of new processes or technologies
• Guide and mentor Business Analysts at various levels (I, II, III) to develop analytical and leadership skills
• Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance
• Oversee workload distribution and project assignments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• May conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for career growth
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team

• Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis tools including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with process modeling, workflow automation, and requirement documentation
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or predictive analytics in business applications is a plus
