Overview
Data Center General Manager – US, Missouri. Our client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators. Based near Missouri, this role leads data center operations with a focus on uptime, performance, and scale.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end data center operations across the region, including critical facilities and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA delivery across all sites.
- Scale from a single-site operation to a multi-site regional footprint (Missouri → additional U.S. locations).
- Hire, lead, and develop data center managers and operations teams.
- Act as the primary operational interface with external partners, including vendors, utilities, and service providers.
- Extensive experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
- Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers.
- Strong background in critical environment infrastructure (power, cooling, environmental systems).
- Experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate in high-availability, large-scale environments.
