Lead Project Manager – Enterprise Agile & AI Transformation

We're seeking a strategic Lead Project Manager to shape the future of Agile delivery and AI-enabled project management across a complex enterprise environment. This is an opportunity to influence executive decision-making, modernize delivery practices, and build the frameworks that will define how technology investments create business value for years to come.

In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, Agile leadership, and AI innovation. You'll partner directly with executive leadership, enterprise architects, data leaders, and business stakeholders to lead high-impact portfolios, accelerate digital transformation, and champion the adoption of AI-powered delivery capabilities.

• Lead enterprise-scale programs and portfolios that directly support strategic business objectives.
• Define and execute the organization's vision for Agile delivery and AI-enabled project management.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive portfolio governance, value realization, and delivery excellence across multiple initiatives and teams.
• Implement AI-driven forecasting, risk management, resource optimization, and delivery analytics.
• Lead enterprise PI Planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional dependency resolution.
• Present strategic recommendations, portfolio health, and investment insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers while advancing Agile maturity across the organization.
• Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and Centers of Excellence for Agile and AI-enhanced delivery.

This is not a traditional project management position.

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience with significant enterprise program leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, architecture, and data teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the C-suite level.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies to improve delivery outcomes.
• Proven success navigating organizational complexity and driving change across large enterprises.

• PMP certification required.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow certification required.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and enterprise Agile toolsets.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery platforms, portfolio analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Additional certifications in AI, Lean Portfolio Management, or enterprise Agile frameworks are highly valued.
