IT Client Support Associate

Are you an IT professional that is passionate about resolving technical issues? American National is looking for an IT Client Support Associate to join our team to provide expertise and top tier customer service to our clients. In this role you would handle the installation of client computer software products, the modification and repair of hardware, and the resolution of technical issues.

What

You’ll Do
  • Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for personal computer users.
  • Provide basic triage and support of multifunction and desktop printer technologies.
  • Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, Macs, and hardware accessories to users with efficiency and accuracy, enabling the customer to become productive with little impact.
  • Apply software patches to PCs and laptops.
  • Provide customer service, including in person, over the phone, or remote support.
  • Communicate well in both written and verbal formats.
What You’ll Need
  • Associate degree in IT or a related field.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in an IT desktop or a service management related field with a preference for those in a position with an emphasis on enhanced customer service and support.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and support.
  • Proven basic knowledge of personal computers and related peripherals.
