Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst role is based in Springfield, MO. The ERP Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, document requirements, and translate operational needs into effective ERP configurations and workflows. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and validating business requirements, conducting process mapping and gap analysis, and supporting ERP implementation, optimization, and upgrades.
The role will involve creating documentation, training materials, and reports, as well as providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve system usage and data integrity. The ERP Business Analyst will also help identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows across departments.
- Candidates should possess Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills to configure, support, and enhance ERP systems in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
- Relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
