Our client is seeking an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technology vision for a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the company's enterprise technology strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure technology becomes a competitive advantage across the business. This executive leadership role has significant influence over business strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

- Partnering closely with executive leadership to improve manufacturing, operations, finance, and overall business performance.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- 5+ years in a senior executive technology leadership role such as CIO, VP of IT, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience supporting manufacturing organizations.
- Strong experience with Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic.
- Proven success delivering enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Track record of managing enterprise technology teams, budgets, and strategic vendor partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Multi-site manufacturing environments.
- ERP modernization and cloud migration.
- Business Intelligence and data analytics.
- AI and process automation.
- Cybersecurity strategy.
