IT Shared Services Manager
The IT Shared Services Manager is responsible for IT Asset Management (ITAM), software, hardware, vendor, and contract management. The Manager also plays a key role interfacing between all areas of the business and IT.
This is an onsite position, located in Springfield, Missouri.
Essential Functions:- Manages the operations of the IT asset and inventory functions.
- Manages the operations of the IT contract management process.
- Minimizes IT cost through standardization and process improvement.
- Oversees procurement, vendor negotiations and vendor management.
- Partners with legal and procurement business teams.
- Defines and enhances ITAM processes.
- Manages subordinate staff supporting contract, audit, vendor, and asset management.
- Liaises between IT vendors and leadership.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum degree required:
Bachelor's Degree - Certificate(s) or License(s): ITIL
- Years of experience: 5+
- Experience managing capital and operation IT budgets
- IT procurement experience
- ITIL expertise
- Contract management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Experience defining and implementing efficient processes for vendor and contract management
- IT Management experience is required
- Less than 10%
- Regular computer work and sitting
- Occasional walking and standing
- Seldom to never lifting up to 50lbs
- Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
