The IT Shared Services Manager is responsible for IT Asset Management (ITAM), software, hardware, vendor, and contract management. The Manager also plays a key role interfacing between all areas of the business and IT.This is an
** onsite
* * position, located in Springfield, Missouri.

* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

**** Manages the operations of the IT asset and inventory functions.
* Manages the operations of the IT contract management process.
* Minimizes IT cost through standardization and process improvement.
* Oversees procurement, vendor negotiations and vendor management.
* Partners with legal and procurement business teams.
* Defines and enhances ITAM processes.
* Manages subordinate staff supporting contract, audit, vendor, and asset management.
* Liaises between IT vendors and leadership.
* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
*** EXPERIENCE/

QUALIFICATIONS:

**** Minimum Degree

Required:

Bachelor's Degree
* Certificate(s) or License(s): ITIL
* Years of experience:  5+
*** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
**** Experience managing capital and operation IT budgets
* IT procurement experience
* ITIL expertise
* Contract management experience
* Vendor management experience
* Experience defining and implementing efficient processes for vendor and contract management
* IT Management experience is required
*** TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
**** Less than 10%
**
* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

**** Regular computer work and sitting
* Occasional walking and standing
* Seldom to never lifting up to 50lbs
*** INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT***:
* Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
