If you've worked in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or a NOC
, and you're looking to grow your networking skills, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on enterprise networking experience while working alongside experienced network engineers.
Candidates with networking coursework, certifications (Network+, CCNA, Fortinet), or a strong interest in networking are encouraged to apply.

This overnight role supports network deployments while stores are closed. If you enjoy working evenings or prefer a quieter work environment, this schedule may be a great fit.
What You'll Do- Support overnight network deployment projects across the U.S.
- Take inbound calls from field technicians after equipment installations
- Validate newly installed network equipment using established procedures
- Verify connectivity for switches, routers, wireless access points, VoIP devices, and other network equipment
- Escalate issues to senior engineers when needed
- Help ensure stores are fully operational before opening each morning
- Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, NOC, Call Center, or another IT support environment
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to follow technical procedures and document work accurately
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a networking career
- Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge
- Exposure to switches, routers, wireless networking, or firewalls
- CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet, or similar certifications
- Experience with Jira or another ticketing system
